An international semiconductor manufacturer chose Chinacryo's TS-780 Temperature Forcing Systems.The TS-780 offers cyclic test temperatures: -80°C to +225°C, with rapid temperature change rates (-55 °C to +225°C; ≤10s), successfully complete the high and low temperature cycle test and fatigue failure test of the chip.
The TS-780 offers two detection modes, Air Mode and DUT Mode, and temperature display accuracy: ±1°C (calibrated with CANS certified unit) without the need for liquid nitrogen (N2) or liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) cooling.
