The HAST Highly Accelerated Stress Test is mainly used to evaluate the reliability of products or materials in humidity environments. This is achieved by setting and creating various conditions of temperature, humidity, and pressure in highly controlled pressure vessels, which accelerate the penetration of moisture through external protective plastic packaging and apply these stress conditions to molds/devices. Testing has become a standard in certain industries, especially in semiconductors, As a fast and effective alternative to standard temperature and humidity deviation testing (85C/85% RH-1000 hours) in solar energy and other industries.
